A data breach occurred on the Swedish dating platform Imeetings.se on February 5 2025. The incident resulted in the unauthorized exposure of sensitive user data including email addresses and usernames. Beyond basic identifiers the leak contained highly personal information such as gender identity and sexual preferences. Technical data including BCRYPT hashed passwords and IP addresses from recent logins were also compromised along with profile descriptions and partner search filters. The breach affected approximately 9500 registered users who utilize the Stockholm based service for social interactions and relationships.
